Prioritizing You

Self-care is very important. I didn’t prioritize myself for a long time because my son’s health issues were so overwhelming. I felt there was no time left over for me. Fast forward to now and I feel broken, ugly, and exhausted. I have started the journey of putting myself first, using small steps. The little wins have made a difference. I am slowly starting to feel better daily. Yay!! So, if you are feeling small and tired, start with one step. One is further than you were the day before. Yes, it can be terrifying and feel enormous, but you must try. For you. Start whenever…daytime or nighttime, 2am or 6pm, week or weekend. Just take that first step forward. 🤎
