A Bit of Peace

There are very small moments throughout the day that bring me peace. It could be a smell that takes me back to high school or a cup of coffee that tastes ohhhh, so just right. When I am surrounded by chaos, these moments are my tiny lifesavers. And here, I introduce me*time. Of course, I know you’ve heard of it. Everyone is pushing it: medical professionals, therapists, and bloggers. In other words, its importance is significant. Your mind is powerful but needs TLC constantly, just like you do. Sleep, stressless moments, and deep breathing are just a few techniques you can start with. Take care of your mind so that your mind can take care of you. 🤎
